5 · JUDGE
Its opinion
A second look at before and after. It never blocks a build.
“A swing set structure was added to the garden area. It consists of two vertical wooden posts supporting a horizontal top bar. Two swing seats hang from the bar by chains. The structure is positioned on the green ground surface of the garden, near the mushroom-shaped object.”
Verdict: built.
