5 · JUDGE
Its opinion
A second look at before and after. It never blocks a build.
“The swing set structure was modified. In the BEFORE images, the swing's horizontal bar (the crossbar connecting the two seats) was oriented vertically, standing upright like a ladder. In the AFTER images, this bar has been rotated 90 degrees so it is now horizontal, connecting the two swing seats side-by-side as a standard swing set. The two vertical posts supporting the structure remain in place and parallel. The top support beam of the swing set (the horizontal bar at the very top of the frame) was already horizontal and remains unchanged. No other parts of the scene appear to have been altered.”
What it couldn't see
- noThe horizontal bar connecting the two swing seats is oriented vertically rather than horizontally.
Verdict: built, partly.
